Could this Vitamin Deficiency be the Reason why your so Tired?

Ever had a good night’s sleep followed by a day of yawning and dragging your feet?

If that constant fatigue continues for days and weeks, it may be the result of B12 deficiency. Researchers from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics found those who felt zapped of energy even though they get plenty of zzzzz’s may be struggling with low B12 levels.

According to Kate Geagan, MS, RD, recent studies show up to 40% of Americans may have low levels of vitamin B12.

Vitamin B12 does some important things for our bodies. It is essential in new cell creation, the formation of healthy red blood cells, and it helps convert the foods we eat into energy. It’s easy to see how being deficient in vitamin B12 can lead to multiple problems!

Among other side effects, being low in B12 can lead to very low energy levels. It can prevent you from feeling good and being able to concentrate on work or other tasks. Left unchecked, a B12 deficiency can even cause permanent nerve damage.

There are different reasons why a person may be deficient in vitamin B12, and here are three broad at-risk groups…

You’re taking medications…

Certain medications (like proton pump inhibitors) interfere with gastric acid production. This will hinder your body’s ability to absorb vitamin B12 from food. Regularly consuming aspirin can also put you at risk for B12 deficiency.

You’re over 50 years old…

As you age, changes in your stomach lining can lessen gastric acid production. This makes it more difficult to utilize sufficient amounts of the B12 that comes from foods you eat. This is the reason behind the recommendation for Americans over 50 years of age to take B12 supplements.

So if you are lacking energy and feel tired all the time, you may want to consider a quality B12 supplement.

Unfortunately, most B12 supplements you find on the market suffer from one major flaw…

They’re not absorbable…

When the vitamins can’t be absorbed, your body is unable to assimilate them and you never get the anticipated nutrition.

The folks at PuraTHRIVE have spent the last year to come up with a solution… a highly specialized formula that will deliver the highest quality B12 directly to your cells and optimize your health!

Introducing PuraTHRIVE Liposomal B12 w/Fulvic Acid…

The ONLY way to get B12 directly into your cells without injections…

–> Get 100% Absorbable Vitamin B12

This new method does not rely on ineffective pills or expensive injections. No prescription necessary.

In this special report, you’ll discover a unique delivery mechanism that shuttles this essential nutrient directly into your cells.

–> Get 100% Absorbable Vitamin B12

Much Love,

Michele

I’d love to hear a comparison between taking B-12 supplements as opposed to B-12 shots. I have friends who swear that the shots are a big energy boost.

Hmmmm there’s an idea! I never thought about a vitamin deficiency. I had thought about starting to take a men’s multivitamin but maybe it’s just B12. I also think, for me, that it’s an inconsistency in my sleep pattern just due to my work hours but this is good information. Thanks.
