6 Midlife Inspirational Quotes

We all have some sort of  quotes that we like whether it be funny, witty or inspirational, my favorite quote is “Everything happens for a reason” I am a firm believer in that!

Today I put together 6 of my favorite Midlife Inspirational Quotes that I always turn to when I am feeling down. I hope you enjoy them.

“people may call what’s happening in midlife “a crisis,” but it’s not, it’s an unraveling – a time when you feel a desperate pull to live the life you want to live, not the one you’re “supposed” to live,…to let go of who you think you are supposed to be and to embrace who you are”

Brene Brown

“Forty is the old age of youth, fifty the youth of old age. ”

Victor Hugo

“Don’t wait for everything to be perfect before you decide to enjoy your life”

Joyce Meyer

“There are two ways of spreading light. To be the candle, or the mirror that reflects it.”

Edith Wharton

“You are never to old to set another goal, or to dream a new dream”

C.S. Lewis

“Aging is not lost youth, but a new stage of opportunity & strength”

Betty Friedan

Hi Michele here, I am a 47 year old midlife woman going through the changes of life(hormones are a mess), married with 4 sons, I love spending time with my family, watching reality tv, reading, and writing my blog midlifemirror.com. I try my best to make everyday a good day, I have Fibromyalgia and bulging discs in my back both have made me disabled and homebound much of the time. I am an Avon rep. which helps with finances some but more importantly I meet some amazing people who have become great friends! I am a firm believer of "everything happens for a reason" Much Love, Michele
